Noel was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. he is a retired construction engineer. Thoughtout his school years he always enjoyed drawing and painting.

A specialized construction company took him around the world and give him the pleasure of working with gifted artists. This experance inspired him to start painting once more.

Noel enjoys painting scenes and landscapes from Ireland in watercolor and he has a passion for contemporary art.

Now retired, he lives in Freeport Florida with his wife whom he met while on a project in the panhandle of north west Florida.

He hopes that his paintings will give enjoyment and pleasure to art lovers over the United States and beyond.
