This artwork is a tribute to Cab Calloway. Cab Calloway is best remembered as the master of scat singing. He was the bandleader of one of the most popular African-American big bands during the period from the 1930s through to the late 1940s. The legendary entertainer was also best known for his vibrant and energetic performances. He performed non-stop, continually until his death in 1994 at the old age of 86.
