What I paint is the state of mind in which I finr myself when I meditate. I've been practising Hatha Yoga and Minfdullness for many years now...

once a relaxed state is reached I see colors moving behind my eyelids : colours and luminsosities, rays of lights. I let them go by... I don't try to remember something or take nte of something;I just 'am' for a moment : just enjoying the Here and Now : the Hic et Nunc.
