As I step out into the bright sunlight or into a dark cloudy gray sky, it is at that moment when my paintings come to mind.  Each place, whether it's the country, city or in the ghettos of any place there is beauty to painted.  I have been inspired by sports and the have nots of this country.  Each of them bring a different but similar perspective to my life seeing that I was both of them.  So that is where my power comes from, my power to paint, to draw, to learn and to create.
