I am Tess Boswell. I studied Photography and took a couple of art classes while attending Montana State University. I consider myself to be a multi media artist. I have created many craft projects throughout my life. I am self taught learning techniques from books and the internet.
In July of 2004 I became completely disabled and unable to work. I injured my back in 2004 while working and it has become worse over the past years. I developed degenerative disk disease and the herniated disk pinches nerves on both my right and left side causing extreme pain in my legs. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Parkinson’s in 2005. I am restricted to a power wheel chair and the time that I can spend on artwork is very limited so it takes me quite a while to complete a project. I am trying to get approved for disability but it is very hard. At this time I have very little income and I thought that I may be able to make a small income by creating artwork.
I started to work with Polymer Clay shortly after I became disabled. And the rose fairy on my profile is my first attempt at water color. I am currently trying to learn to repaint dolls to create one of a kind art dolls.
I am available for commission work.
I am new to No Bull Art Gallery as I stumbled across it on line. I hope to be adding more work to my gallery soon.
Thank you for your interest in my work.
