I was born in New York but moved to Florida in 1970 where I was a college professor for 35 years.
I retired in 2005 and took up pencil drawing, for which I guess I always had a knack. In high school I drew wall posters for the school for various events but never bothered with the art work again until recently.
I also do mostly portraits of animals but also of people.
Most of the portraits shown (and more posted in future) were commissioned works.
