Somehow i stumbled into art without ever looking for it.
Besides of working 9 hours a day in a daytime job i had no leisure to be creative.
Well, that was until i travelled to Israel and stayed at a Kibbutz and all of a sudden saw my work hour load shrink from 9 to 6 and later to as little as 3 hours a day.
Finally some time to kill with shopping and maxing out the credit cards i anyway did not have this much back in time, right??
Wrong of course, leisure time is the root of all evil right?
Wrong again, at least not when it comes to potentially creative souls.
A fellow Kibbutzim, already an established artist from New York, one night put a shoe box filled with Acrylic paint and Brushes in front of my door, and when i asked her what that was all about she told me that she got kind of tired of being an artist and that she thought i could use her utensils!
So i did start using it, the rest is history.
My art works are already posted on my arts websites
One says:
ART
is the pain you love to
feel when no one else
is giving you a reason
to feel anything

and is located at http://artists-in-residence.com/useroo/
the other is located at
- the online exhibition -
BUT, once the world started to fill up with elctronic crap - uhps, sorry, i mean computers etc., it was obvious for most artists i knew back then that we need to dig this new media and get creative on the internet or with computer graphics etc. as well.
So i did.
I got to a stage where i can not only create my own sites but also take care of customers needs, as a freelance web designer that creates everything on a website from scratch, of course including all art work such as graphics and layout composition etc, it's like painting, only electronically.
http://wwwdesign.bizhat.com/
is one of my older works in this line of creativity.
My main site with all the updated portfolio on it however is here:
http://11awebdesign.awardspace.com/ (oh, yes, i am multi lingual).... and i do also work out Flash animations or edit videos for online use or install easy to use CMS....
As long as i can keep it all creative in the first place...
