Art made in co-creation with the Spirit World

Wim Roskam, born 1960 in the Netherlands.

All his life he made drawings and wrote short stories, but never was very succesful. This changed after the passing of his love Linda. Before she died (in 2001) from a serious disease they agreed that, if possible, she would inspire him.

When in 2002 Wim started painting again he discovered that he felt happy with the results, a feeling that he rarely felt so strong. The 'feeling' of what had to be painted beforehand, and the final result somehow matched.

More had changed... Wim became a silver and goldsmith too, making jewellery.

'Akaija & Art' is the name for his artist company. The name Akaija also was given by Linda, meaning 'We are One'.

Wim now lives with Marianne who is a therapist. In her therapy the Akaija-jewel is very frequently used to treat people against electron-spin-inversion, a condition in the body that is caused by electro-magnetic radiation and causes chronic fatigue.
Besides this the Akaija is weared and valued by thousands of people worldwide for its healing capabilities, one of which is protection against electrostress.
