     I am J. Michael Hedgpeth. My artwork is a collection of twisted, smeared and colorful eye-screws. Most are designed to mess with your head. Optical illusions abound. One type of my abstracts are called 'cube zags', angled squares that when viewed at an angled appear to leap off of the page.
