I am an artist living in a small town in Finland  Kristinestad, where I have a Gallery of my own, www.gottorp.fi. I have had exhibitions in many cities in Finland for example Helsinki, Vaasa, Turku and also several times in Sweden in Stockholm. I mostly paint in oil on canvas and sometimes on wood. I get a lot of inspiration from the beautiful surroundings I´m living in, practically in the woods near the sea, but also from literature, I am especially interested in mythology. I also find great pleasure in writing and I have written and illustrated two childrens books. Another source of inspiration for me is music. I play the violin, mostly traditional music.
