Hate to start out with this as a bio I am a recovering artist. suffered from this injuryhttp://jacksonville.com/news/metro/2012-04-27/story/mans-heart-stopped-during-half-marathon-family-finds-hope-his-recovery obviously there is a dramatic shift,in my styles, wich is why i need to bring this up, beleive me i would rather not, but it would be noticed, i have noted post injury for the peices that apply.Do not want to be labeled the disabled artist, i was an an artist back then and i am still an artist. Not extremely bitter about it regarding my shift in style. In a way it has broken me free from my academic training wich in one way is liberating, acceptance is another story, i am happy i rediscovered 20th century art were i found my acceptance.I like to think about how Marcel duchamp coined his early years as swimming lessons. people usually dont forget how to swim. I know this is not the kind of bio people that people usually post. So here it is i was born in Virginia at and raised in Tampa, thats all i got. I do want to give thanks to the beloved Craig Erskine! that unforfunately has passed on. he was my mentor severly missed! he taught me how to tread water if it wasn't for him i would have drowned .
